Troubleshooting Tips

Following are some tips to check your projector. Take one minute to go through them before you jump into phone or email. This may save you some times.

1. Is the power cord secured?
2. Is the AC entry socket good/working? 
3. Is the VGA cable connected correctly and properly?
4. Are the pins in the connector of the VGA cable good?
5. Is the input resolution set in the PC or Notebook correctly for the projector?
6. Is the lamp in the compartment good?
