We are currently looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process orders, RMAs, swaps, repair estimates and credit requests.
Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answer telephone call inquiries and provide basic customer support
Complete the necessary follow-up actions to notify the appropriate departments of problems that could impact customer satisfaction.
Must have proven skills in the following PC software products Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, MS Word
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Careful attention to detail.
Minimum one year work experience in the field or in a related area.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
