Position Summary: This position manages retail partners selling platforms, such as Amazon Vendor Central, and is responsible for analysis and reporting of sales activities and management inquiries to support the day to day needs of the business. 

Essential duties:

Manages, analyzes and provides data from Amazon, Best Buy and other retail platforms.

Reports weekly retail sales to the sales team and management.

Analyzes customer POS data to support retail sales in USA and Canada.

Gathers and manages sales materials required for the business. Executes special projects as determined by manager.

Forecasts channel sales of new and existing products based on market trend as well as historical sales and conversions.

Provides overall insights and analytics support as needed

Communicates findings and recommendations for actionable changes

Manages and monitors Optoma product pages for data and information accuracy

Analyzes and understands industry market trends, competition and products that may impact sales and communicates the information to management and other departments as necessary

Other duties as assigned by manager


Requirements to be successful:

1-2 years of experience working as Sales Administrator, Sales Analyst or in another relevant role

High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time

Motivated and able to work independently

Ability to prioritize own workload

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs beneficial
