After this period, we will securely delete your personal information.

We may wish to keep Partner Information on file in case there are future suitable opportunities with us. We will ask for your consent before we keep your personal information on file for this purpose.

In some cases, we may anonymise your personal information (so that it can no longer be linked to you) for, for example, research or statistical purposes. In such instances, we may retain and use this anonymised data indefinitely without further notice.

No fee usually required

To ensure the security of your personal information, we may request additional details to verify your identity. This prevents unauthorised individuals from gaining access to your personal information. We may also contact you to obtain further information in relation to your request, helping us to expedite our response.

Time limit to respond

We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. However, if your request is particularly complex or if you have submitted multiple requests, our response may take longer than a month. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you updated.

We have not collected any sensitive personal information in the preceding 12 months.     We strive to provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days of receiving your request. However, in certain circumstances, we may require up to an additional 45 calendar days. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you and provide an explanation for the delay.
  • How we verify your request
    In response to your request, for example, requests to know, delete or correct personal information, we must verify your identity. If you authorize an Authorized Agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require additional information from either you or your Authorized Agent to confirm that you have granted authorization. For example, your Authorized Agent must provide to us your signed permission demonstrating that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf and your direct confirmation with us that you provided your Authorized Agent with permission to submit the request. However, if you provide your Authorized Agent with power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130, it may not be necessary to perform these steps and we will respond to any request from your Authorized Agent in accordance with the CCPA.

    You, or your authorized agent, must provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify that you are the person whose personal information was collected. If you do not provide sufficient information for us to reasonably verify your identity, we will not be able to fulfil your request.     We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before proceeding.
